Cruise: day 3 (PV)

Day 7

1 boiled egg

Lunch:
Pack turkey slices
Cottage cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Activia

Tea:
Seabass + veg
Sugar free jelly

Drinks:
Flavoured fizzy water, diet coke, water

Exercise: 20 minute walk

Verdict:
I'm more than a bit disgruntled that the weightless has pretty much stopped. To be fair it does warn you of it in the book when you start Cruise but I'm finding it so demotivating when I'm trying so hard!

The book lied about cravings going away. They haven't. Infact all I do most days is day dream about the food I can't eat. I daydream about toast.

As I said yesterday I'm having a weekend off dukan as my boy is coming for the weekend. I'm going to try not go mad as I'll be gutted if I've put the 5lb I've lost back on again!

I'm worried that once I have a day off it'll be hard to get back into again so please someone give me an ass kicking Monday morning!

Oatbran galette
Activia raspberry

Lunch:
Turkey breast
Chives cottage cheese

Snack:
Activia

Tea:

2 x boiled eggs

Drinks: water, fizzy water, diet coke

Verdict:

Tough day cravings wise, I've wanted pretty much everything I cant have.

Really missing my fruit smoothies.. And peanut butter.. And popcorn.. And toast.

I've not really been hungry though so my willpower of steel has held out. Just gotta keep chugging that water!

I'm hurting so bad from spinning though, my legs feel like they're made of wood today!

I'm staying strong cause I know I'm going to have to have a weekend off this weekend cause my man is coming to town ;)

Gonna try be as dukan as possible (whole chicken at nandos anyone?)

Cruise - day 1

Day 5

Weight: 10st 13.5lb
Weight lost: 4.9lb
Goal: 10st
Weight left to lose: 13.5lb

Breakfast:
Oatmeal galette
Mullerlight strawberry

Lunch:
2 x boiled eggs (I think I'm going to turn into an egg!)
Salmon fillet and cherry tomatoes

Snack:
Activia raspberry
Diet coke

Tea:
Seabass and actual VEGETABLES!
Activia raspberry

Drinks: water & diet coke

Exercise: spinning class (30 minutes)

Verdict:

Today has actually been my best yet. Starting with my morning weigh in - overjoyed to be back in the 10's!

I've not really been hungry since starting the diet but I have had cravings here and there. Today hasn't been so bad though.

I was overjoyed to finally have vegetables in my life! Especially my
Home grown tomatoes, they've never tasted so good.

I also attempted a spinning class for the first time, oh my god I've never sweated so much in my life and it was only 30 minutes! It was hell but I'm going again.

Also discovered today I can have sugar free jelly! Hurray!

Attack - Day 4

Day 4:

Weight: 11st 0.7lb
Weight lost 3.7lb
Goal: 10st
Left to lose: 1st 0.7lb (14.7lb)

Breakfast:
2 x boiled eggs
Mullerlight + oatbran

Snack: activia cherry

Lunch: (at grandmas)
Fish fingers, chips and peas
1 chocolate digestive

Tea:
Roast chicken and chives + onion cottage cheese

Drinks: tea, fizzy flavoured water, diet coke, water.

Exercise: body combat class

Verdict:
I felt bad for having to cheat at lunch but there really wasn't much option as I didn't want to offend my grandma by insisting on what I ate or taking my own food.

After my body combat class this morning I felt really drained though so it did me good to have a decent meal.

Combat burns around 600 calories a class and is very high impact. I found I really hard to keep up today, as I did yesterday too. I guess boiled eggs aren't as good fuel wise as my usual pre workout porridge.

Thankfully I'm coming to the end of Attack now so I can begin Cruise and  start re introducing more food groups back into my diet. I'm absolutely dying to have fruit and veg again, sod chocolate!

Weight: 11st 1.1lb

Pack of turkey

Snack:
Activia fat free yoghurt

Tea:
Roast chicken and cottage cheese
Fat free fromage frais + cinnamon

Drinks:
Diet coke, flavoured fizzy water and water water water..

Exercise: body combat class

Verdict:

Today and last night have been a battle of willpower. It's PMT time AND the weekend and as such I want to eat bad bad things.

Thankfully I haven't caved, largely because of the blooming brilliant weight loss and also because I so want to be back in my 'skinny' jeans.  They do up, but there is a definate muffin top going on.

I had a bit of an egg overload today as I was scared of passing out in my body combat class! I did feel a bit weak at times, probably from the lack of carbs but I managed to soldier through and will be going tomorrow morning too.

I'm going to my grandmas for lunch tomorrow. Shes a veggie. Maybe I should take my own food!

Excited that I could wake up tomorrow and be under 11st again! Reading up on Cruise just in case :)

Friday 16 September 2011

Attack - Day 2

Day 2:
Weight: 11st 2.1lbs
Total loss: 2.3lbs
Goal weight: 10st
Weight left to lose: 1st 2.1lbs (16.1lbs)

Breakfast:
Oatbran galette
Strawberry mullerlight

Snack:
Scrambled eggs (1 egg + skimmed milk)

Lunch:
Roast chicken & black pepper cottage cheese

Tea:
Steak + cottage cheese
Activia cherry yoghurt
Sparkling flavoured water

Drinks: mini can diet coke and enough water to sink a ship.

Verdict: I've eaten pretty much exactly the same as yesterday! If I'm to stay interested variety is needed - time to get googling recipes.

It's friday today and therefore fish and chips day. Its the law and I'm laughing in the face of it! Might have a nice seabass tomorrow to compensate.

Very pleased on the weightloss, though I know it's mostly water.

Onwards and downwards..
